We firmly believe your recruiting partner should know the intricacies of your company and be able to represent your brand as if they work there. Upon engagement we start every search with a mandatory intake session to discuss your company, department and role in depth. Expect to spend 45 minutes to an hour with us to lay the foundation for our recruiting outreach.
Our process includes an interactive Q&A session in which we share in-depth information on the applicants work history, skills and accomplishments. We fully interview every applicant before you.
Focus on the most important, high-touch parts of the hiring process. We’ll manage the rest. We keep talent from falling through the cracks by setting expectations and follow-up appointments.
