About the founder
Courtney Meyer has worked in specialty recruiting in the Bay Area since 1992. Over the course of her career, she has excelled in numerous roles from administration and temporary staffing, to direct-hire, contingent search, sales, and operations. Prior to founding Menlo Partners Staffing, she ran the Accounting and Finance division of a national executive search firm for 8 years.
Courtney holds a Certified Internet Recruiter certification through AIRS, a California Accredited Consultant certification through California Staffing Professionals, achieving the highest score in Northern California, and, a Professional of Human Resources certification through the HRCI as well as her SHRM-CP certification through the Society of Human Resource Management. She is an active member in NCHRA and many financial networking organizations as well as the Silicon Valley chapter of the California Staffing Professionals.
