When you set out to hire mid-level to C-suite personnel, you have three basic options. You can recruit in-house using your HR department, hire an executive search firm, or utilize contingent recruiters.
When you outsource your recruitment the traditional options of contingency and retained firms can leave you choosing between high-retainer fees and ill-fitting candidates. This is why we employ a different service model.

Specializing in recruiting for accounting, administration, finance, human resources, marketing, and operations roles, Menlo Partners Staffing is a container firm, a hybrid between contingent search and retained search recruitment models.
Our employer-paid fee is contingent upon hiring one of our applicants, which is a percentage of the first year’s annualized salary. To start your search process, we require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is then applied to your invoice when you make a hire.
